It is a small hand held unit and can easily be attached to any conventional halter. The Happy Halter unit produces three biologically synchronous current waveforms.
The two slender electrical cables transmit this current through two small sponges that are moistened before use. The sponges are encased in a contact that is secured in place directly below the zygomatic arch behind the eye with a soft browband. Current flows between the two contacts when the Happy Halter is turned on. The number of flashing lights on the Happy Halter clearly indicates the level of stimulation, which is adjusted by the user. The unit automatically turns off after 20 minutes.
The Happy Halter treatment will reach its highest potential effect approximately 30-40 minutes after the initial application. Obvious beneficial effects can be evident in 5 minutes.
